You are right about how most people right goals. In fact, I have been a loner and one who wrote goals that were boring. Now I see the true meaning of masterminding.

    Thank you,

Ever since I started my home based business, I have been in mastermind groups and have alway had at least one personal mentor. It works like crazy for synergising and accountability. Thank you for the wonderful post.

  4. Hi Kaye,
You have put together a super post here about how to form a Mastermind Group and why doing so can be a huge benefit. I really like the tips about having a group goal and putting into action the things learned from the group. Mastermind Groups are deliberate communities of people who are dedicated to growing together. When managed and led well, they can lead to tremendous breakthroughs for all people involved!

What a great outline for setting up a powerful mastermind group. As we both k know there is so much power in the knowledge that can be shared in an effective mastermind group. Also, the accountability to the other members in the group can be a great motivator in taking the necessary actions to move your life or business forward.
