Meet Kaye Flack — A Life of Faith, Wellness and Significance

My name is Kaye Flack, and I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, woman of faith, and passionate advocate for helping people live well and age well.

Together with my husband, John, I’ve spent many years serving people and being involved in Christian ministry. Today, I’m embracing a new chapter focused on wellness, relationships, purpose, and leaving a legacy that makes a difference in the lives of others.

My own wellness journey has been one of learning, discovery, and developing a deeper understanding of how our bodies work. I believe you need to start from a solid foundation, and for me, that foundation is redox. Redox signalling molecules are involved in cellular communication and help us better understand the body’s natural processes. Building from this foundation has encouraged me to explore other factors that contribute to wellbeing, including nutrition, mineral balance, absorption, frequency, and other supportive wellness practices.

I’m passionate about sharing education around redox signalling molecules and their role in cellular communication. I believe redox provides an important foundation for understanding wellness, while also recognising that our overall wellbeing is supported by a range of healthy choices and practices.

I believe wellness isn’t about finding one magic answer. It’s about starting with a solid foundation in redox, understanding your body, becoming informed, and building a personal wellness toolkit that works for you.

My heart is to coach and encourage people on their individual journeys — helping them ask good questions, explore options, and make informed choices without pressure. We are all different, and what works for one person may not be the right fit for another. My role is to encourage, educate, and walk alongside people as they discover what best supports their own wellbeing.

My Christian faith is central to who I am. I believe God has given each of us gifts, experiences, and opportunities to serve others, and I want to use mine with compassion, integrity, and purpose.

For me, life is not simply about success — it’s about significance. Success might be measured by what we accomplish, but significance is reflected in the lives we touch, the people we encourage, and the legacy we leave behind.

My guiding principles are simple: people over profits, relationships before business, and education before decisions.

Ultimately, I want my life and work to honour God, encourage others, and make a meaningful difference — helping people feel empowered in their wellness journey while building a legacy of faith, love, and service.

Because true significance isn’t just about what we achieve. It’s about the difference we make in the lives of others.
